dc.description.abstract This volume describes the laws and ordinances from the colony of Bangladesh from Petitions no. 7236 of 2010, 826 of 2011, 1048 of 2011 and 1059 of 2011 respectively had been filed challenging the validity of the (i) Proclamation dated 20th August, 1975 and writs of appeal from 1658 to 1663. The laws reveal the legal thinking of the Dutch on subjects such as Indians, smuggling, crime and everyday issues including wages, fencing and land allocation. As many as four Writ Petitions, registered as Writ whereby the whole of Bangladesh was placed under Martial Law en_US
