Abstract:
The Second Edition of the Contract Act was published on 1-3-1992.
Because of the long gap as well as its tremendous demand. the stock of the publication got exhausted rapidly which necessitated to publish another edition with a greater dimension, covering updated amendments of the
statutory law and also updated case law of the High Court and the Appellate
Division.
